Anyone who has a farm or ranch needs to have a scale to weigh their animals. After all an animals weight is the most basic indicator of overall good health. No matter whether your animal is intended for sale, pet or slaughter a good industrial scale is important.
Since farm animals tend to be very sensitive to changes in their environment it is good to have a scale on the farm rather than having to drive the animals to a new location to be weighed.
